We use industry standard dimensions for our display advertising on LAist.com and the LAist.com/radio (formerly KPCC.org) websites to showcase your brand in a reputable, safe, and viewable environment. Our specifications are designed with respects to the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB), the industry standard for digital advertising across the online advertising ecosystem.

  • Looping/Animation: if applicable - 15 seconds (2 loops max)
  • Format: GIF, JPG, PNG or HTML5
    *HTML5 must be embedded with clickTag for proper click tracking
    *Max File Size: 100kb
  • Requirements: Creatives with partially black or white backgrounds must have a visible border of a contrasting color
    * we recommend different versions of creative to help prevent ad fatigue
  • 3rd Party Tracking: We can accept ad-served tags, or 1 x 1 impression Tracking with image asset
  • 3rd Party-Served Rich Media File Size: 150kb max initial load, up to 2.2 MB subsequent
  • Lead Time: 10 Business Days
